Refund policy

We have shipped hundreds of crystals since 2011. We have never had a request to return a crystal once it was shipped. Every crystal that we have is even more beautiful in person than we can capture in a photograph. However, if for any reason you are not in love with your crystals, you can return them for free within 7 days.

Returns
Free returns within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, and you still want to return your purchase, we can approve exceptions to our return policy on a case-by-case basis.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our non-returnable items are: gift cards, salts, meditations.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at omapothecary@indigointernational.org.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

We offer free shipping costs for returning your item within 7 days.
